Mediation Schedule and Fees
Mediations may be scheduled in full-day (eight-hour) or half-day (4-hour) increments. Full-day mediations begin at 9:00 A.M. Half-day mediations begin at 9:00 A.M. or 1:00 P.M.
Family law mediation fees are based on the parties’ gross monthly income as follows:
Full-Day Fee (per party):
| Gross monthly income up to 2,000 | $450 |
| $2,001 to $3,000 | $550 |
| $3,001 to $4,000 | $650 |
| $4,201 and above | $750 |
Half-Day Fee (per party):
| Gross monthly income up to 2,000 | $250 |
| $2,001 to $3,000 | $300 |
| $3,001 to $4,000 | $350 |
| $4,201 and above | $400 |
Fees for all other civil disputes are based on the amount in controversy as follows:
Full-Day Fee (per party):
| Up to $10,000 | $450 |
| $10,001 to $50,000 | $650 |
| $50,001 and above | $750 |
Half-Day Fee (per party):
| Up to $10,000 | $300 |
| $10,001 to $50,000 | $350 |
| $50,001 and above | $400 |
Mediations cancelled within five days of the scheduled mediation date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the mediation fee (per party).
A surcharge of $100 per hour (per party) will be applied to mediations that extend beyond the allotted time.
